After you have added skills to a job, you can easily find which workers are suitable for a job. Before that, you need to create a list of skills and add them to your workers.


Select an assignee based on their skills

Open the job adding window.

Select the Required Skills field to open a list of all available skills. From the list, choose the skills necessary for the job.


If you have added skills to a template, this field will be populated automatically.




Click the Assignee field. Here you can apply the "With the skills" filter. This way you will see only workers and teams with the selected skills 




If no workers possess a specific skill, a warning stating "There are no workers with the required skills" will appear beneath the Required skills field.




Skills in templates

You can select skills in job templates. Open a template form and select skills for this template. You can also select an assignee in the template form. 


When you create jobs with this template, the Required skills field will already be filled. 



Workers can be assigned to jobs even if they lack the required skills. However, a warning will alert you if a worker does not possess specific skills outlined in the job description or template.
