Use the Schedule page to assign jobs to your workers conveniently.
Dispatchers can visually detect assignees' workload during a day or a week, create and move jobs, and change assignees or scheduled dates and times.
Open the Schedule page. You will see all your teams and workers who can complete jobs.
The Schedule has three views:
- Day timeline view — to distribute jobs to workers for one specific day;
- Week timeline view — to distribute jobs for days of the week;
- Week calendar view — can be used if you want to view the overall jobs workload.
By default, the day timeline view will be opened.
Switching between different schedule views
You can access all main schedule features from any view. First, let's see what the day timeline view can do.
Day timeline view
In the day view, every team and assignee has a timeline. Their jobs are presented on this timeline.
Day timeline view
To add a job, double-click free time on an assignee's timeline. A list of your templates will open. Select one of them. A new job window will appear. Jobs creation is described more thoroughly in the instruction.
Fill the job with the necessary information and click the Add button. The job will appear on the assignee's timeline.
Adding a job on the day timeline
Job color depends on its status:
Blue — the job is published but not yet started.
Purple — the job is en routed, its assignee has pressed the En route button in the mobile app and is on their way to the job site.
Green — the job is started. The worker has pressed the Start button in the mobile app.
Grey — the job is paused. The assignee has pressed the Pause button.
Light green — the job is finished successfully. The assignee has completed the job with a successful resolution.
Red — the job is completed with an unsuccessful resolution. The assignee has completed the job with an unsuccessful resolution
Job statuses
The length of the job depends on its duration: the longer the job's duration, the bigger the job's length on the timeline.
Jobs with 1 hour and 2 hours duration
The actual duration, start time, and finish time do not affect how the job is presented in the timeline. Job length in the schedule always corresponds with its scheduled duration.
If you need to change an assignee or a scheduled time, drag-n-drop a job to a suitable place.
Moving a job on the timeline.
This way you can move unassigned and unscheduled jobs.
You can only move jobs that were not yet started. If a job is already started, you cannot move it.
To see general information about the job, left-click it on the timeline. A small window with information about job status, scheduled time, address, assignee, and the client will appear.
General information about the job
In this view, you can change a scheduled date or an assignee if a job was not yet started. To do so, click the line with a scheduled date and assignee. A window with the assignee and scheduled date will pop up. Change the scheduled date or assignee and click the Save button. The job scheduled date or assignee will be updated.
Change the assignee and scheduled date from the general information window
To open a job, double click it.
The day length depends on the duration of the working day in your settings. To view the schedule for non-working hours, click the arrows at the beginning or at the end of the day. To close non-working hours, click the arrows again.
Open and close non-working hours
Viewing team jobs
Jobs assigned to teams are displayed for every worker on the team. However, you can drag-n-drop team jobs only from the team timeline.
Team job on workers' timelines
If a team for a job was created dynamically, the job will also be displayed for all of the workers but you can only drag-n-drop it from the foreman timeline.
Job for a dynamically created team
Teams are described in further detail in the instruction.
Unscheduled and unassigned jobs
Jobs without a scheduled date are displayed in the timeline as Unscheduled on the right side of the schedule.
Unscheduled jobs
This list has jobs with assignees and jobs without assignees. From here you can drag-n-drop jobs to a free timeslot on the assignee timeline. You can also hide this list with the ">" button.
Jobs with a scheduled date but without an assignee are displayed as Unassigned at the bottom part of the page.
Unassigned jobs
Here you can see jobs that were scheduled for a certain date and time but were not assigned to any worker. From here you can find a suitable assignee with free time for a job scheduled date.
To find a suitable assignee for an unassigned job, hover over a job. The Assign button will appear. Click it, and free assignees for the job scheduled time will be highlighted. Click on one of the highlighted areas to assign a worker to the job.
Assigning an unassigned job
After that, the job will be assigned to the selected worker.
Changing days
You can change days in the Schedule by using the navigation buttons or the calendar. The navigation buttons change the date to the next or to a previous day and the calendar will change the day to a selected one.

Jobs filtering
You can filter assignees and jobs by skills and territories. When filtering by territory, the schedule will display only jobs and assignees from the selected territory. The same goes for unassigned and unscheduled jobs.
Territory filter
When using the Skills filter, you can select one of two options: displaying jobs and assignees who have at least one of the selected skills or displaying jobs and assignees who have all of the selected skills. Depending on the selected option, the displayed assignees and jobs may differ.

Days off and non-working hours in the schedule
Off days and non-working hours are displayed in the schedule as a grey area. If you try to add a job to a non-working time, a notification will appear. Shifts and non-working time are described in the instruction.

Job actual and planned duration
By default, jobs are presented in the Schedule by their planned duration. That means, that the job is present from the scheduled start time with the scheduled duration to the scheduled finish time. You can switch this mode to the actual duration mode. In this case, jobs will be presented with their actual start and finish time and actual durations. Let's see how it works.
To switch mode, click the settings button in the top right corner of the schedule. The schedule settings will open. Switch to the Actual duration. After that, the representation of jobs will change.
Switching to the actual duration mode
Published jobs will be displayed the same as in the scheduled duration: from the scheduled start time with the scheduled duration to the scheduled finished time.
A published job with the actual duration display
Jobs started before their planned time are displayed from the start time to their scheduled finish time.
A job started before its planned time
If a job was started after its scheduled start time, it will be displayed from its actual start time to its presumable finish time (actual job start time + job planned duration).
A job started after its scheduled time
The same principle is applied for En route jobs.
En routed jobs in the actual duration view
Finished jobs are displayed from their actual start time to their actual finish time.
Finished jobs in the actual display time
Weekly timeline view
In the weekly timeline view, you can view assignees' jobs scheduled for the current week. Basic principles are the same as in the day timeline view. Let's see some specific details about this view.
Weekly timeline view
To view jobs for a day for a specific assignee, click on that day on the assignee's timeline. A timeline for this day will be opened.
Opening the assignee's timeline in the weekly view
Calendar view
For a general overview of the jobs without their assignment to workers, you can use the calendar view.
Calendar view
Here the duration is presented vertically: the longer the job duration, the longer the job column. Calendar view has the same features as timeline views. When using drag-n-drop, the 30-minute segments will be highlighted
To add a job in the calendar view, click the "+" button or double-click a free time in the schedule.
Adding a job from the calendar view
When filtering jobs by territory or by skills in the calendar view, jobs with selected skills or territories will be shown. The skills and territories of jobs' assignees do not matter in this case.
Other features in the calendar view work the same as in the timeline view.
