You can find a suitable assignee for a job using skills. With skills, you will be able to see what skills for a job a worker has.

First, you need to create a list of all available skills.

⚠️Skills creation page is only available for users with administrator rights.

Open the Settings → Skills page.

Press Add skill. A new field will appear. Enter the name of the skill there.

Add the skills that you need and press Save. You can edit the skills list at any time: you can change the positions of the skills, delete unused skills, and add new ones.

⚠️When deleting a skill that is used somewhere, you will see which workers and templates are using this skill.
