Job types allow you to categorize tasks more effectively based on their specific nature. For instance, within the Installation template, you can assign jobs as either Primary or Secondary. This categorization simplifies filtering outfits on the Jobs page.

 

Create a new job type

To create a new job type, open the Settings → Types page. Create a new type by clicking on the Add job type button.


 

Enter the name of the type in the new field. You can add any number of job types you need.


 

Once you finish, click on the Save button. If any field is empty when you click on save, it will disappear.


 

You can modify or remove any existing job type; however, a type currently in use within a job or job template cannot be deleted. Once you've created a job type, you can select it in the Type field when creating a new job. You can also add type to your templates.
