Once a job is published, the worker can view the assigned tasks in the mobile application. Below are the main reasons that might prevent this.

 

1. No connection to the server 

If the server connection is lost, the application will notify you with a warning and automatically switch to offline mode. In offline mode, you can only access the jobs that were loaded while the server connection was active.

A lost internet connection is usually the main cause of this problem. Verify that your phone is connected to the internet through mobile data or Wi-Fi. Afterward, on the Jobs tab, pull the jobs list from top to bottom, or simply wait, automatic synchronization generally happens within a minute if the connection is stable.

 

2. The job is assigned to a different user

You can see the name of the user you are currently logged in as on the Profile tab. 



Make sure this user is assigned to the job, 


 

or if they belong to the team assigned to this job.


 

 

If you need to log in as a different user in your app, click on the Sign out option on the Profile tab.

 

3. The job can't be seen because of the current filter

Planado has different filters, which allow you to view different jobs. By default, the filter by day is selected and it shows jobs scheduled for the current day. The job you are looking for might be scheduled for a different day. In this case, select a more suitable filter.

5. The job is too old

In the mobile application, jobs planned or completed over 7 days ago are not visible. If a job remains unfinished and was scheduled for completion more than 7 days ago, you must either update its date or create a new job (you can also duplicate the existing job).

 

6. Your application hasn't synchronized yet

With a stable internet connection, the application automatically syncs within a minute or less. Alternatively, you can manually sync by pulling your screen from top to bottom on the Jobs tab.
