Open Planado mobile application. Enter your email and password.
On the main screen you will see a list of all jobs assigned to you. By default you see jobs planned for the current day. In the upright corner you can switch to different filters (jobs planned for tomorrow, this week).
Pick one of the available jobs.
When you're starting your way to client address, click on the En route button. The operator will see in the web application what job has changed status.
Before starting your work, click on the Start button.
Open the Report tab and fill in all the fields.
After that, you can click on the Finish button and pick one of the available resolutions.
A finished job can be seen on the main screen using filter Finished or All jobs.
