When you create clients as organizations you often need to give them more than one address. For example an organization might have a network of shops, a couple of offices, etc.

To connect more than one address to an organization,  you can use sites. Create a site for each address and choose them when  you create job. This way you can view all the jobs for the client and  for each of his sites.

Sites are not necessary need to  be attached to clients. You can create your own internal sites without  creating organizations. This will help companies that have jobs on their  internal sites, such as warehouses, communication facilities or power supply facilities.

Open Addresses → Sites page. Click on Add site button.

You will see New site form. Fill all the fields: name, description, organization, address.

If the selected organization already has an address, it will be copied to the Address field. You can manually change the address to another one.

Click the Add button after you finish editing the site.

New site will appear in the list Sites. Here besides the main information about the site, you can see to what client he is attached. In our case, it is Planado

After  attaching site to client, site will appear in the client editing form.  You can open this form by clicking on client in the Addresses → Clients page.

Now when you create a job, you can select this site as address. You won't have to input address and contacts fields again.

You can see all jobs created for the site by opening editing form of that site. Under the form is the list of all jobs.

You can also create job the site by clicking on Add job button.

To delete site click on Delete button. Site jobs won't be deleted, but connection between jobs and site will be lost.
