Job time and date can be transferred from Kommo deal fields. In this case, the job is created based on the deal immediately with a scheduled date. This instruction explains how to do this.

Scheduling a job for a date without a time

Let's consider the case when a Planado job needs to be scheduled from a Kommo deal for a date only, without a specific time.

A Planado job always has a scheduled time specified if it has a scheduled date. If it's not specified explicitly (e.g., not transferred from the Kommo deal), the beginning of the working day will be used as the scheduled time for the job.

First, let's add a field to the deal. We'll use it to transfer the date to the Planado job.

To do this, create a new deal.

In the deal window, go to its settings and add a new field with "Date" type.

Save the deal settings. As a result, a "Date" type field will appear in the deal. Now you need to add the transfer in the integration settings.

In Planado, go to Settings → Integrations → Kommo.

Add a transfer from the new Kommo field to the "Scheduled at (date)" field in Planado and save the integration.

Now, when creating a job in Planado, a job will be created with the date scheduled in Kommo.

Transferring date with time

Let's consider the case when a Planado job needs to be scheduled from a Kommo deal for a specific time. There are two transfer options: date and time in one "Date and time" type field, and separately when date and time are specified in different fields. Let's first look at the combined transfer option.

Transferring date and time in one deal field

Create a new deal and go to its settings.

Add a "Date and time" type field and save the deal.

Now we can configure the transfer of date and time from this field to the Planado job.

Go to Kommo integration settings: Settings → Integrations → Kommo. Add a transfer of the new date field from Kommo to the "Scheduled at" field in Planado. After that, save the integration settings.

Now you can specify date and time in the deal field and the result will be transferred to the job.

Transferring date and time in separate deal fields

Let's look at the separate transfer option from individual deal fields. This requires creating two fields in the deal: one with "Date" type and another with "Text" type. The "Date" type field specifies the job date, and the "Text" type field specifies the time.

In the integration settings, add transfers from the date field to the job's "Scheduled at (date)" field, and from the time field to the job's "Scheduled at (time)" field. Save the integration settings.

As a result, the job's date and time will be transferred from different deal fields.
