Services are performed by workers upon completing a job. For instance, a repair job may include a "Cleaning after the job" service, while an installation could involve a "Router settings" service. These services can be categorized and are assigned a price, enabling you to bill clients accordingly.


Also, products and materials are linked to the services.


Service categories

To begin working with services, add categories. Categories help organize services by shared attributes. For instance, you can group repair or additional services under specific categories. Additionally, a category can be linked to a job template, ensuring all services within that category become accessible in the template.


Categories can have up to three subcategories.


To add a service category, go to the Settings → Services page and select the "Categories" tab. On this tab, click the "Add category" button.

Add a category name, its description, and an external ID.


External IDs can be used when using API to work with products and services.


If this is the first category you’ve created, you won’t be able to assign it a parent category. Additionally, if a category contains subcategories, all its subcategories will automatically be included in a template when the parent category is added.

To add a category, click the "Add" button. The new category will appear in the list.

Similarly, include all necessary categories and subcategories as required.

After you have added categories, you can start adding the services themselves. To do so, go to the Settings → Services page and select the "Services" tab.


To add a new service, click the "Add new service" button.

A new service window will appear, allowing you to enter the service name, description, price, category, and external ID.

If the service is free, leave the "Price" field blank. By adding a category to the template, dispatchers will be able to include this service when creating or updating jobs from the template, and workers can add it when completing a job.

Adding services to a template

To allow dispatchers and workers to add services to a job, ensure that services and categories are included in the templates. This can be done in the template settings. Navigate to Settings → Template, then choose the template where you want to add the service.

To add a service or category, click the "Add Service" button. From the drop-down list, select either a service or a category. The selected option will then appear in the template.

A service can be preordered or required. A preordered service is automatically included in all jobs using this template. A required service mandates that a worker provide it to successfully complete a job.

Add the required services and categories to the template, then save it. Once done, a dispatcher can include services when creating or updating a job using this template. A worker can add services while completing a job based on this template.

Once services are added to a template, they can be assigned to template jobs. This allows assignees to deliver these services while completing jobs through the mobile app.


To add services to a job, open the job or start creating it from the web application. The services part will appear in the job.


If you have added some services as preordered to the template, they will be automatically added to a job.

To add a service to a job, click the "Order service" button and select a service from the drop-down list.

To remove a service, click the cross icon near the service.

You can also set a service quantity if the service needs to be performed multiple times.

Add all the necessary services to the job.

When a service is added to a job, the assignee can manage it through the mobile app.  

The job's services are listed under the "Services" tab.  

If a job includes preordered services, the assignee will find them displayed in this tab.

To provide a service, the assignee needs to tap it. After that, you can specify the service quantity and add it to the job.

Besides preordered services, the assignee can add services that were added to the job template. To do so, tap the "Add" button on the "Services" tab.

To remove a provided service, tap it and select "Delete".

From here, you can change the service quantity and add other provided services.


On the "Jobs" page, you can view total job services.
